First (Real) Day

Maize starts her morning with some painting - she's new to it, and a little frustrated.

Maize welcomes some neighbors into their apartment - one of them brought fruitcake.

Triston finishes up his programming session and also greets the new neighbors.

After the neighbors leave, Triston and Maize gossip about them.

Triston prepares a healthy dinner for the two of them.

Maize isn't ready to eat yet, so Triston watches the cooking channel while he eats.

Maize wonders if maybe this painting should be scrapped.

She decides to sleep on it, and goes to bed early.

The next morning, Maize has fruitcake for breakfast. It doesn't taste like it did yesterday.

Maize's new painting is a reference of Triston.

After her painting is finished and Triston had breakfast, they headed off to the gym. Triston just got a new athletic job and wanted to workout, while Maize was interested in taking some photos around the plaza. Here's the first one.

Maize and Triston decide to meet up later for some basketball.

Triston and Maize play some basketball in the evening. Maize makes some grandma shots.

Afterwards, Maize heads home for an early night in while Triston does a few more reps.

Triston showers after his workout, and wishes he brought some shower sandals.

Feeling good after his workout, and liking what he sees.

Maize is woken up in the middle of the night by a strange visitor.

He seems shocked when she asks him to leave.

He doesn't seem to like that very much.

Next morning, Triston enjoys a healthy breakfast. 

He heads off for his first day of work!

Maize practices her writing skill...

She writes a few ideas down in her notebook, and scraps a few as well. After some brainstorming, she starts a children's book.

And Triston comes home with a PROMOTION!
